After having a taste of Spain (literally, I gained 10 pounds) while I studied abroad in 2013, I knew I had to come back.  As an educator and having studied to become a Spanish teacher in the US, the obvious choice was to become an ELA (English Language Assistant) through the Ministry Program.

I’m using this blog to share some of the resources, activities, and lessons I have created as an ELA. Having mostly worked with 6th grade, the majority of my activities are geared towards this age group and to pratice for the PET exams.  I’ve also been lucky enough to have been put in charge of their art class so I have quite a few arts and craft activities that are easy to explain and do not require many materials. Check them out here.
